2. Carer's Assessment

A carer's assessment is a discussion with a worker from Lambeth Council to explore how your caring affects your life and to put a support plan in place. All carer's are are entitled to a Carer's Assessment.

3. Carer's Allowance

Caring can have an impact on your finances so check if you are eligible for Carer's Allowance and other benefits through a benefits check.

Carers Hub can refer you to our partners.

4. Young Carers

Are there any young carers (ages 5+) in the household? If so, Carers Hub conducts Young Carers Assessments and hosts a range of fun activities!

5. GP

Let your GP know that you are a carer so that they can add this to your medical record.

Did you know that carers' are eligible for the annual flu jab?
